The Marshall Islands Red Cross Society conducted a week-long youth training and First Aid course for five Ebeye high schools recently. The activity was planned prior to establishing the Red Cross Youth Council Program in June 2018 at Marshalls Christian High School in Majuro. Now added to the program are Kwajalein Atoll High School, Ebeye Seventh Day Adventist, Jabro Private High School, Calvary High School and Father Leonard Hacker High School.

A total of 48 students from Ebeye are now certified in First Aid and CPR. Funds for this First Aid training were donated by Investor Solutions, which manages investments for both the Marshall Islands Social Security Administration and the RMI government.
