The Fong Kuo No. 818 tuna carrier vessel dwarfs the purse seiner next to it with the unique name: New Canoe.

It’s obviously not unusual for the carrier ship Fong Kuo #818 to have a purse seiner alongside.
But after zooming in on the bow of the mother ship and the aft section of its smaller mate it was discovered that the seiner had a name like no other: New Canoe.
We’re giving an elephant stamp and four gold stars to the person or organization who chose this moniker.
