A soft opening for Majuro Day festivities kicked off last Friday at Majuro City Hall. The event invited athletes who will be competing in softball, basketball, volleyball, tug of war and related sports. The official day is February 15.
Volleyball and softball competitions are taking place in Laura while tug of war (Delap Park) and basketball (College of the Marshall Islands) are happening in town.
