The Taxi Drivers Association wishes to inform the public that the one dollar fare in downtown is still in affect and no changes were made following a meeting at Delap Park last week.

“The fare is still at one dollar for sedans and 75 cents for vans around the DUD area,” the association told the Journal.

The meeting was in place to stop the confusion that taxi fares were reduced to 75 cents as announced on V7AB radio the week before.
