Want to have a video filmed professionally? Turn your old black and white photos to look like new? These employees/work study students of the College of the Marshall Islands Media Center do all this and more.

CMI went back to school for the fall semester earlier this month and the campus is hopping with students, classes and activities.

The College of the Marshall Islands is buzzing with so many students, both continuing and new. Data from CMI shows high enrollment for the current semester, with 1,135 students attending the school — significantly above the 10-year average for 2011-2020 of 1,054 students in the fall semester.

Another big change is that this semester a majority — 56 percent — of students are part-time, compared to the 10-year average that shows 68 percent — two of three students — were full time.
