Team Hangloose, with Captain Larry Hernandez, Jr., won last weekend’s Marshalls Billfish Club’s fishing derby with this monster marlin.
The marlin weighed in at 390 pounds beating back a number of other challengers who landed marlin last Saturday. A lot of yellowfin were caught by other anglers as well.
Notably, it was MBC’s first derby of the fishing season that runs up to the July two-day Fisherman’s Day annual tourney.
For catching the biggest fish of the day, Team Hangloose received a prize of $900.
