Nuclear test justice advocates Benetick Kabua Maddison and Glenn Alcalay met with Marshall Islands Ambassador to the United Nations John Silk in New York City last week.

Benetick, who was recently in Majuro, is the executive director of the Marshallese Educational Initiative based in Springdale, Arkansas.

Both Ambassador John and Glenn are NYC residents, Glenn for decades and John of more recent origin.

Glenn was a Peace Corps Volunteer on Utrok Atoll in the late 1970s and has maintained a life-long connection to the RMI. He is also the creator of the website, atomicatolls.org, which contains, among a lot of material, many of his interviews with Marshallese Bravo test survivors.
