The middle school girls basketball championship for Majuro Atoll featured a showdown between Majuro Cooperative School and Assumption School. The game late last week at the SSG Solomon Sam Memorial Court at CMI delighted a loud and cheerful audience of dozens of students, family members and friends of the players. The end result, Coop topped Assumption 24-14 to take the middle school girls championship for 2019.
