White powder showdown

LDS seminary students show off their white power look following their game at the Rita Chapel. Photo: Wilmer Joel

Who says members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints can’t have fun? Well, they sure did during an activity for seminary students at the Rita Chapel. Their face was on the line if they lost the game of rocks, paper, and scissors. If a player loses the game, the winner gets to rub white powder on the face of the loser. As soon as the face of the loser got embellished with powder the room was roaring with laughter. This game was organized by Jenrok seminary teacher Miriam Elanzo which was her last time with the students, before leaving the islands to join her family on Monday.
