Girls dominate Marshall Islands High School’s latest honor roll list. In only one class are there more boys on the honor roll than girls.
The list shows that there are 102 students from pre-nine to 12th grade on the honor list. Seventy-seven of these are girls, or three quarters of the total honor students.
Only in 10th grade are boys in the majority, seven-to-five. Ninth grade, 19 of the 22 students listed are girls, 86 percent of that grade’s total honor students.
