KAREN EARNSHAW

Rehearsals for the musical Oliver! are in full swing and going well at the Marshall Islands High School library each weekday afternoon and on Saturdays and we hear that the construction and painting of the sets is also coming along nicely.

Producers Professor Andrew Garrod and Bonny Taggart and the rest of the training team are hard at work, as are the performers.

As always, the show will be a must-see event, so mark your calendars: The opening night will be Monday, March 4, with a start time of 8pm sharp. The play will be on every night that week, with the last show to be held on Saturday, March 9.

The stage musical is based on the 1838 novel Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens.
