Two classes at Marshall Islands High School were scrubbing and cleaning vehicles last Saturday to raise funds.
The junior officers were doing their car wash at the parking lot of the Public School System, while the 12G seniors were busy doing the same close by next to the entrance of Delap Elementary School. The students also sold barbecue plates and some finger foods such as lul and bobo.
Based on the photographer’s observation, their fundraising event was not a matter of competition or vying to get the most money, but rather learning how to work as a team in order to get the job done, which they did.
