
Before heading off for a competition in S. Korea, an RMI robotics team met with Acting Education Commissioner Junior Paul, Deputy Commissioner Meryl Heine, Miss Marshall Islands Farrah Muller, and Vice Chairman House of Irooj Farrend Zackious to present their robot and showcase a live demonstration.
The team is comprised of five students, three from public schools and two private. In the group:
- Sialles Aiseia – Laura High School
- Kamellio Kattil – Marshall Islands High School
- Malia Andrew – Assumption High School
- Erlynn Noah – Life Skills Academy
- Alexander Ishoda – Majuro Cooperative School.
The team with chaperones left this past Sunday for the FIRST Global Robotics Competition.
